Opening For Desktop Remote Support

The desktop remote support will be Responsible for all:

  1. Remote Desktop Support Analyst:
  1. Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
    1. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
    1. Ensure proper documentation, notification,escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
    1. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
